Hi, I’m Dr. Christina Cherian.

I’m a board-certified family medicine and lifestyle medicine physician.

I’ve helped patients lower blood pressure, reverse type 2 diabetes, improve cholesterol, and come off medications using food and lifestyle, not willpower alone.

Years ago, I was burned out and questioning medicine entirely. Discovering whole food, plant-based nutrition didn’t just support my health. It helped me reconnect with my purpose.
